Science 7

We are continuing our discussions about soil formation and now today we started to talk about the importance of soil conservation and how that is achieved. The students had some great thoughts and ideas on the topic which lead to lively discussions today! They have an assignment due for Friday 1/16/09. They are to complete the key terms and concepts for 2.3 Soil Conservation. In addition, I reminded the classes that I will be collecting their notebooks next week and as of today, there are 9 assignments/notes taken that are supposed to be in the notebook for 2nd quarter. Also, we have our test on 1/21/09 - next week Wednesday.
