Social Studies 8

Students worked in the computer lab today on their autobiography writing projects. Students were warned that use of games or the internet during this work time would result in a loss of computer priviliges during social studies class time.
Assignment: Continue work on autobiography writing project - students with computer access at home can definitely email their work to themselves, or save to a flash drive or disk to continue working between home and school.
Reminder: Autobiography writing projects are due Monday, April 14, but can be turned in at any time beginning today. Students going on the band trip are not required to turn their projects in early - their projects will be due the first day they are back in school. Band trip students were encouraged to complete as much of their project as possible before leaving.

Applied Math

Students practiced basic facts in multiplication and division.
Students with missing work ALREADY in 4th Quarter were given time to complete and turn in those assignments.
Students with no missing work chose partners and created posters about the Order of Operations.
Assignment: Students with late/missing assignments should complete and turn in those assignments.
