Chapter 3 reivew, pages 146-148. Problems 9-48. Chapter 3 test, quiz 2, and notes tomorrow.

Tic Tac Toe 2.4 project was due today. We continued our discussion on precipitation, and students took a few notes. The section assessment on pg. 65 is due tomorrow (it was assigned yesterday).

Students took notes on communication barriers and engaged in a demonstration of communication barriers. Complete the summary sheet Pass Right/Pass Left if not completed in class.

Students took a pop quiz on the bones of the body and then completed the study guide for pp. 12-18 in the text. Due on Friday if not completed in class.

Photosynthesis labs were finished up.

Review of Africa's political map and capitals.
Introduced the Africa writing to inform paper which will be due next Thursday, November 19. Students will choose an issue in Africa and research this topic in order to write a 1-2 page paper informing the reader about that issue. Please see your child's orange packet for more detailed information as well as a daily schedule and grading rubric.
