Pre-Algebra

Lesson 10-3, pages 480-481. Problems 7-19 and 27-29.

7th Grade Math-Mr. Smith

Lesson 7-3, pages 299-300. Problems 16-43. Quiz and test on Friday.

8th gr. Spanish FLEX

We reviewed the "family" vocabulary words. The quiz on those words will be this coming Friday.
Assignment: Family tree - due on Thursday. Use Spanish words in making the family tree. A large sheet of paper was given to each student.

Algebra

Lesson 7.5, pages 429-431. Problems 12-17/18-28 even, 31,32, 36-38, and 43-48. Test and quiz on Friday.

Science 8

Our Mini-research project Inspirations fact sheet is due today. We are at the end of the chapter...an assignment on pages 69-70 (1-19) was assigned for a review. Due tomorrow.

Literature 8

Both classes will have the book final tomorrow. A final project will be/has been assigned with a due date of Friday for presentation. The students will have all class period this week to work on the project.

Science 7

We went over the assignment given on Tuesday/Wednesday in class. We reviewed the topics that will be covered on the upcoming test (Wednesday for 1st and 2nd hours, Thursday for 4th, 7th and 8th hours). Students were also given the essay questions ahead of time. There is no homework today except to study(all students received grs's back to study from) for the test and it would be a good choice to use your book to discover the answers for the essay questions for Thursday.

Math 7 (Moran)

Lesson 7-3: Proportions, pages 297-300 and problems 16-43. Make sure to show your work!

Social Studies 8

We reviewed the main points from Wednesday's reading including nationalism, sectionalism, the Era of Good Feeling, and the Missouri Compromise. We then read through Chapter 9, Section 3 as a class.
Assignment: Complete the "American Culture" notes outline worksheet. This is due tomorrow.
