Science 7

1st and 2nd Hours: We completed our 3.3 GRS, and moved into glaciers. The students are reading section four, and completing the Key Terms/Concepts.

4th, 7th, and 8th hours: We completed all of our presentations on the Water Erosion/Deposition Model in class. We are still finishing up on Force of Moving Water. No homework tonight for these hours.

7th Grade Math (Moran)

Chapter 6 review. Pages 278-280. Problems 8-68 evens. Quiz tomorrow and Test on Thursday.

Pre-Algebra

Chapter 6 review. Pages 306-308. Problems 8-34. Quiz tomorrow and test on Thursday.

7th Grade Math-Mr. Smith

Chapter 6 review. Pages 278-280. Problems 8-68 evens. Quiz tomorrow and test on Thursday.

Algebra

Lesson 7.2, pages 408-410. Problems 14-44 evens, 35, 48-51, 55, 60, 65, and 68.

Science 8

Collected Friendship Bread data and kneaded materials.

We reviewed our virus and bacteria Facts...concept maps. An assignment on immunity and viruses was given...due tomorrow.

Literature 8

First Hour: We read chapter ten and had a vocabulary character analysis assignment...quiz tomorrow!
Second Hour: We discussed chapter 9 questions prior to the quiz. Read chapter ten for homework...do questions and character chart.

8th gr. Spanish FLEX

We reviewed the numbers from zero to one hundred. The quiz on the numbers is tomorrow, Wednesday.

We pronounced the names of the countries in South America. Class time was provided to work on the maps. The map project is due on Friday.

Health 7

Finished video in class and took notes on Alcohol Facts.

Health 8

Complete Monitoring Your Taret Heart Rate Range using pulse rates from class.

Applied Math 7

Social Studies 8

Day 2 of 2 of lecture and notes about Launching the Nation (material covered in Chapter 7 beginning on p. 230).
Homework: Students should use the notes they have taken over the past 2 days to complete a worksheet ("Launching the Nation" - it's yellow) which reviews the important points discussed in the lecture. This is due tomorrow.
