Applied Math 7

Lesson 49: Division Answers
Covered, completed, checked, corrected, and submitted in class today, so no homework this weekend!

Social Studies 8

Oceania Map Test today.
Students completed and submitted their self/peer evaluations for the newscast project. These evaluations will be used to determine the grade for each student. Mr. Whitmore and Ms. Francoeur will average the grades given by each student's peers, and unless we feel like something is way off, that will be the grade each student receives on the project.
The East Asia Map Packet was assigned today (the last one ever in 8th grade!) and if it wasn't already checked off today, will be checked on Monday for points.

Science 8 - Francoeur

Time to complete yellow Human Mendelian Traits activity. Today's assignment was to complete the Monster Genetics activity where students determined the genotypes and phenotypes of a male and female monster and then used Punnett squares to predict the probability of certain traits in their offspring. These were completed and submitted in class. No homework, have a great weekend!
