We corrected our GRS 1.2. Continued our discussions and notes on the layers of the atmosphere. Students have 2 opportunities for extra credit over the weekend.

Literature 8
We listened to There Will Come Soft Rains by Ray Bradbury.
We also worked on some WKCE test Prep...all students had ample time to complete this classwork!

Corrected and collected yesterday's assignment.
Basic Facts in Addition and Subtraction.
Students with missing work were given time to complete and submit these assignments.

Social Studies 8
Vocabulary Worksheet due today. The Chapter 2 Review on p. 54 will be used for extra credit on the Vocab worksheet - extra percentage points will be awarded based on how much of the review was completed. Yes, you were tricked into doing extra credit!
Chapter 2 Test - Grades will be posted on Skyward by tonight for all students who took the test today.
Assignment: Read Chapter 3 (Human Geography) Section 1 (p. 56-65) and complete the Section 1 Study Guide.
