Students are continuing to work on their lessons and presentations. Due for tomorrow are the rough drafts for their notes and for the worksheet. All of the groups are coming up with some very fun and exciting ideas!

Chapter 7 Review, pages 326-328. Problems 2-56 even. Quiz on Thursday and test on Friday.
Algebra
Lesson 8.5, pages 480-482. Problems 6-24 and 29-30. Chapte 8 test on Friday and quiz on Thursday.
Science 8
Many students did not completely do the "What Algae is in your food?" assignment properly...this was passed back emphasizing the directions again. It is due tomorrow!
I introduced Fungi today with a video...offering a review sheet at the end for extra credit.

Literature 8
We continued reading Flowers for Algernon today. A review packet was given today and is due on Friday. This packet contains vocabulary, punctuation work, and constructed response questions. Students need to balance their work time both in and out of class.
8th gr. Spanish FLEX
We reviewed the Spanish pronunciation of the parts of the body. We played "Simon says." Students spent the last 6 minutes of class reviewing this new vocabulary with a partner.
Health 8
Study for Frirst Aid test tomorrow: pp. 102-181; all red inserts and tan colored skill pages.
