Today discussed Eutrophication and the effect it has on our ponds and lakes. A review assignment is due by Monday which covers pages 84-86. Students need to remember their list of algae based products is due on Monday too.
A new prefix list "P" was passed out too.

Literature 8

We finished Contagion today...review questions were assigned and are due on Monday.

Social Studies 8

Day 2 of WORK TIME for students to read through Chapters 12 and 13. Students are looking for SPECIFIC information, therefore their notes do not need to include every single piece of information in the Chapter (see the pink half sheet with directions).
Assignment: An essay (at least two perfect paragraph) is due on MONDAY which compares and contrasts the North and the South. This can be typed, but it is not required.
